Dismissed – Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle

Our client was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle in Massachusetts – a charge that has a potential 2 year jail sentence and a potential license loss. The charges stemmed from a car accident after an investigation by the police. We were able to speak with the Prosecutor and explain the life circumstances of our client. As a result, we were able to negotiate a dismissal on conditions that would avoid probation and a criminal record for our client. In addition, our client’s license was not suspended and the charge was dismissed.
