Motion to Expunge: Allowed – Felony Charges in Washington County, Rhode Island Superior Court

Our client came to us with old felony charges from when he was 18 years old. We determined he was eligible to have his felony charges expunged from his record. We went before the Court with evidence of his good moral character and rehabilitation. After a hearing, the Motion was allowed and his felony charges were expunged in Washington County Superior Court in Rhode Island.
