Speeding Ticket Dismissed in Rhode Island and Colin Foote Penalties Avoided

Our client was charged with speeding, a fourth offense within an 18 month period. As a result of this ticket, our client was facing Colin Foote penalties. Under this statute the court could revoke a persons license for up to two years as well as impose additional penalties. Our attorneys discussed the situation and circumstances of what happened with our client and the court. We obtained critical documents, including body camera footage, and performed an internal investigation. Our attorneys attended multiple court dates on our clients behalf. As a result of our attorneys hard work and dedication we were able to successfully convince the court to not suspend our clients license under the Colin Foote Penalty. As a result, our client avoided having their license suspended.
