CDL License Reinstated from Rhode Island DMV Medical Review Board

Our client came to us with a CDL license suspension issue from the DMV in Rhode Island. Their suspension was due to a medical issue. We were able to obtain documents and medical records. We requested a hearing to appeal the suspension with the RI DMV Medical Review Board. At the hearing we successfully argued to the Board to reinstate our client’s CDL license.
