Speeding – Not Responsible on Judge Appeal
December, 2022Our client was charged with Speeding in Massachusetts, which is a civil traffic violation. They had a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing where they were found Responsible. They decided to appeal the decision and hired us after their appeal was filed. We appealed the decision to a District Court Judge. As a result of the appeal, our client was found Not Responsible.
