Hardship Granted and Suspension Reduced – RMV Board of Appeal

Our client received notice of a one year license suspension from the Massachusetts RMV due to an out of state OUI. We decided to appeal this suspension to the RMV Board of Appeal. We made arguments to reduce the suspension and/or grant our client a hardship license. In addition, we submitted a memorandum with documents to support our arguments on why the suspension should be reduced.

As a result of our arguments, the memorandum and documents submitted, the RMV Board of Appeal reduced the suspension and granted our client a hardship license immediately.
