Dismissed and Expunged – Possession of a Controlled Substance Rhode Island

Our client was charged with possession of a controlled substance in Rhode Island. This is a criminal offense in Rhode Island that has the possibility of jail time, probation and/or having a criminal record. After reviewing all of the evidence in the case, we were able to work out our client being accepted into Diversion in Rhode Island. As a result of our client completing the conditions of the diversion program, the case was dismissed against our client and immediately expunged.
