Speeding Ticket Dismissed – Rhode Island
September, 2022Our client was accused of speeding in Rhode Island at nearly double the speed limit. After speaking with our client, we decided to select a trial date where the government would be required to prove the allegation against our client.
At trial, we were able to negotiate a dismissal of the charges with the police officer to avoid this appearing on our client’s driving record.
