Dismissed – Shoplifting

Our client was charged with shoplifting, a misdemeanor in the State of Rhode Island. After speaking with the prosecutor about the client’s circumstances, we were able to negotiate a dismissal on certain conditions. Our client was able to fulfill the conditions which lead to a dismissal of the charges.
