Car Accident Case Settled

Our client was the passenger in a motor vehicle when another motor vehicle rapidly backed out of a driveway and struck our client’s passenger door. The motor vehicle driver who hit our client was not using due care as they were driving. As a result, our client was injured and had to receive medical treatment to help them with their injuries. We were able to settle the case for $17,250 to compensate our client for their medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering.
