Dismissed and Sealed – Disorderly Conduct and Obstruction of Justice

December, 2020

Our client was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Obstruction of Justice from an event with the police in Rhode Island.

After interviewing our client and doing our own investigation into the facts and circumstances of what happened, we were able to show that there was very little evidence as to whether a crime actually occurred.

After pointing out these details in a negotiation with the prosecution, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the charges.

We then filed a Motion to Seal the charges to remove them from our client’s record, which was allowed.
