Moving Violation Dismissed for CDL Driver
October, 2022Our client was charged with a civil moving violation and held a commercial driver’s license for his job. We obtained evidence in the case, including a video of our client’s driving. After setting the violation for trial, we were able to get the case dismissed thereby protecting our client’s commercial driver’s license.
