Dismissed – Domestic Assault, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, Disorderly Conduct Rhode Island

Our client was charged with the following three crimes: Domestic Assault,Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Disorderly Conduct in Rhode Island.

We did our own investigation into the case, which was different than the police investigation. As a result of this investigation, we spoke to the prosecutor on the case.

After speaking with the prosecutor, we were able to negotiate a dismissal upon the completion of certain conditions.

Although the courts is closed due to Covid-19, we were able to have the prosecutor submit the dismissal with the court and the case was dismissed.
