Motion to Seal Granted in Rhode Island

Our client was charged with domestic assault charges in Rhode Island that our firm was able to successfully get dismissed. However, the dismissed charge can still be seen on the court’s website and on our client’s criminal background check.

We had our client fill out some paperwork and filed a Motion to Seal on their behalf. This Motion to Seal was allowed by a judge. As a result, the charges have been sealed and removed from their record.
