Speeding and Lane Roadway Violations – Dismissed

Our client was charged with Speeding and Laned Roadway Violations. Both of these offenses are civil traffic offenses in Rhode Island that can result in a fine, driver retraining and/or a license suspension.

We did our own investigation into the allegations by interviewing witnesses and obtaining both the police report and crash report. We decided to select a trial date. At a trial date the police had to prove the allegations by clear and convincing evidence.
