Rhode Island Motion to Expunge in Superior Court Allowed

Our client came to us with an old felony conviction in Rhode Island that was showing on their criminal record. However, since it was so old, there were not good records of the conviction. We were able to obtain the records from the Judicial Records Center and file a Motion to Expunge with clerk’s office. That Motion to Expunge was allowed by a judge and our client’s record was expunged.
