Motion to Expunge in Rhode Island Superior Court Allowed

Our client had a deferred sentence in Rhode Island that they wanted expunged. We determined that our client was eligible to file a Motion to Expunge their charges. The case was scheduled for a hearing in Rhode Island Superior Court. We presented the motion and, as a result, the judge granted the Motion to Expunge, which helped clear up our client’s criminal record.
