No Complaint Issued Leaving the Scene of Property Damage Massachusetts

Our client was issued a Summons for a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing for Leaving the Scene of Property Damage, which is a criminal offense. We did out own investigation into the matter and obtained documents to help our defense.

We argued at the hearing that our client did notify the proper authorities about what happened.

As a result, the Clerk Magistrate did not issue the complaint and our client avoided having a criminal record.
