Obstruction of Justice, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct – Dismissed – Rhode Island

Our client was charged with Obstruction of Justice, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct in Rhode Island. All three are misdemeanor criminal offenses in Rhode Island that have the possibility of jail time, probation and/or having a criminal record. We did our own investigation into the charges.

As a result of our investigation and speaking to the prosecutor, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the charges against our client.
