No Complaint Issued at Massachusetts Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing

Our client was charged with multiple driving offenses associated with their motor vehicle. They received a criminal summons in the mail for a Massachusetts Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing for Number Plate Violation Conceal ID, Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Unregistered Motor Vehicle, all Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Offenses.

Our client had relied on somebody who told them the motor vehicle was registered and everything was legal. However, this was not the case. We helped our client get the motor vehicle into a legal status.

We then represented our client at the Show Cause Hearing in Massachusetts. We were able to explain the misunderstanding to the Clerk and the Police Prosecutor. We showed documentation that the motor vehicle had a legal status now.

As a result of the hearing, no criminal complaint was issued and our client was able to avoid a criminal record all together.
