No Complaint Issued at Magistrate’s Hearing for Reckless Endangerment of a Child, Leaving the Scene of Property Damage and Negligent Operation

February, 2021

Our client received a notice for a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing in Massachusetts where they were alleged to commit the offenses of Reckless Endangerment of a Child, Leaving the Scene of Property Damage and Negligent Operation.

After receiving this Summons, our client hired our office for representation. We were able to gather evidence and present it at the hearing. We made an argument that our client did not commit any of the three offenses.

As a result, the Clerk Magistrate did not issue a complaint for any of the three charges.
