DUI Reduced to Reckless Driving Rhode Island

Our client was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, which is a misdemeanor in Rhode Island that can result in a criminal conviction. After obtaining all of the evidence in the case, we were able to successfully convince the prosecution to reduce the charge from Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol to Reckless Driving.
