Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment Case Dismissed

Criminal Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment charges brought against our client were dismissed. This charge is a misdemeanor criminal offense in Rhode Island. The penalties associated with this charge is a fine of not more than $500, imprisonment for not more than one year, or both a fine and imprisonment. After extensive discussions, we were able to get the charges dismissed before trial. We helped our client avoid criminal conviction, fines and/or jail time.
