Dismissed – Trespassing

November, 2018

Our client was charged with one count of trespassing. The key issue in this case was whether or not the government could prove that the defendant had constructive notice that he could not be where he was alleged to be trespassing. After conferencing the case with the prosecutor, we were able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the charges because they could not prove the allegations.
