Record Sealed and Charges Dismissed – Obstruction of Justice

Our client was charged with Obstruction of Justice, a misdemeanor in the state of Rhode Island. After reviewing multiple videos of the incident, talking to various witnesses and gathering multiple police reports, we were able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the charges. As always, it is important that we protect our client’s record. We filed a Motion to Seal the charges which was allowed by the court – protecting our client’s criminal record.
