Dismissed – Felony Breaking and Entering and Felony Larceny

Client was charged with Breaking and Entering with Intent to Commit a Felony and Larceny Over $250. After a long discovery process, we set the case down for trial. On the day of trial, we were able to negotiate a dismissal with the prosecutor due to the issues in the case. Ultimately, we were able to bring forward evidence to the prosecutor that our client was not the person who was alleged to have committed the crimes.
