Dismissed – Assault and Battery on a Family/Household Member

We set the case down for trial. The government was required to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that our client committed an Assault and Battery on a Family/Household Member. On the day of trial, the government did not have the evidence needed to proceed on the charges. The case was dismissed for lack of evidence and failure to prosecute.
