At Ellison Law LLC, we’re happy to share a significant win for our client – the dismissal of a speeding ticket in Massachusetts at a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing.

Our client received a speeding citation in Massachusetts and decided to appeal the ticket. Our attorneys went to the Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing on behalf of our client. As a result, the Clerk Magistrate found our client Not Responsible. Therefore, the case has been dismissed which preserved our client’s driving record.
