Witness Intimidation and 209A Violation Dismissed

May, 2023

Our client was charged with Witness Intimidation and a 209A Violation in Massachusetts. Witness Intimidation is a felony in Massachusetts and 209A Violation is a criminal charge in Massachusetts. Both of these charges can result in jail time, fines, probation and/or a criminal record. After our client hired us, we did our own investigation into the case by acquiring documents and evidence. We decided to select a trial date where the prosecution was required to bring in witnesses and evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. As a result, the prosecution was unable to meet its burden and the case was dismissed.
