Our client received a citation from an accident that charged them with Unlicensed Operation, which is a criminal offense in Massachusetts. They also were charged with Use Electronic Device While Operating Motor Vehicle, which is a traffic violation in Massachusetts. Our client requested a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing for the charges.
