Operating on Suspended License – Dismissed at Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing

April, 2022

Our client was charged with Operating on a Suspended License in Massachusetts, which is a criminal offense. At the Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing, we were able to show that our client did not know that his license was suspended. As a result of our presentation and argument, the Clerk Magistrate decided to dismiss the application for complaint. Our client was able to avoid having a criminal record on this charge.
