Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Registration Dismissed in Rhode Island

Our client was accused of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Registration in Rhode Island, both of which are traffic violations that have potential license suspension and fines associated with them. 

We successfully vacated our clients’ previous default judgment to help put them in a better position. We talked with our client and helped get their New Jersey license reinstated by working with both the New Jersey DMV and Rhode Island DMV. Along with providing evidence of reinstatement,  we attended court dates for both charges and requested dismissals. 

As a result, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the charges against our client with no court costs.
