No Complaint Issued at Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing in Massachusetts

Our client was charged with Number Plate Violation Conceal ID, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Our client had a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing scheduled. At a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing, the clerk is looking at whether there is probable cause to issue a complaint.

After going over all the case materials, I argued at the Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing that based on the facts of the case and our client’s background, this case should be dismissed. The Clerk Magistrate agreed with our argument and dismissed the charges against our client.

Therefore, our client avoided having a criminal record.
