Motion to Seal Allowed – Rhode Island

January, 2022

Our client had dismissed charges of domestic disorderly conduct from the past. Dismissed charges can still be seen on a criminal background check and on the court’s website until they are sealed.

We had our client fill out the necessary paperwork and filed a Motion to Seal on their behalf to help clear their criminal record. The Motion to Seal was granted by a judge. The charges have now been sealed and removed from their criminal record. The charges are no longer visible on the client’s criminal background check and/or the court’s website.
