Leaving the Scene of Property Damage – Dismissed

Our client was charged with leaving the scene of property damage, which is a misdemeanor crime in Massachusetts. The charge of Leaving the Scene of Property Damage can result in losing your license and having a criminal record. Our client vehemently denied these allegations and believed them to be fraudulent.
