Leaving the Scene of Accident Dismissed Rhode Island

Our client was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident in Rhode Island. This was charged as a civil traffic violation, which could result in fines, driver retraining and a potential license suspension. After we gathered the evidence in the case from the police and interviewed witnesses in the case, we decided to select a trial date.
