DUI Amended to Reckless and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and Other Traffic Offenses Dismissed in Rhode Island

Our client was facing a set of charges in Rhode Island including Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and additional traffic violations.
