Disorderly Conduct and Reckless Driving Dismissed in Rhode Island

Our client was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Reckless Driving in Rhode Island. These are both criminal charges with penalties that can include probation, fines and fees and potentially jail. In addition, Reckless Driving can result in a license suspension. Our client also received a traffic summons that can carry the risk of fines and court costs and a potential license suspension. Our team immediately took action to address these charges and protect our client’s interests.

After the course of several court dates, our attorneys worked together to build a strong defense. We then negotiated with the Attorney General’s office and presented them with our arguments and basic evidence to show the circumstances surrounding the violations. These negotiations were instrumental in working towards the ideal outcome: a dismissal of the charges. 

Our efforts paid off, as we successfully secured the dismissal of all the charges. Subsequently, we took the additional step to ensure our client’s criminal case was sealed, ensuring that it no longer appears on their criminal record.
