Dismissed – Disorderly Conduct Rhode Island

March, 2020

Our client was charged with Disorderly Conduct in Rhode Island when a fight broke out late at night after the clubs and bars were closing. Disorderly Conduct in Rhode Island is a misdemeanor that is punishable by up to 6 months in jail.

After doing our own investigation into the fight, we were able to conference the case with the Prosecutor at our client’s court date. The prosecutor eventually agreed to dismiss the charges.

As a result, the charge was dismissed.
