Our client was charged with vandalism and disorderly conduct in Rhode Island. Both of these offenses are criminal offenses in Rhode Island. We did our own investigation into the charges. As a result of this, we were able to negotiate with the prosecutor. After speaking with the prosecutor, we were able to successfully negotiate a dismissal of both the charges for our client.
