Our client was charged with Speeding in Massachusetts, accused of going nearly 100mph, which is a civil traffic violation. We decided to appeal the violation to a Clerk Magistrate. At the hearing, we presented evidence to the Clerk Magistrate. As a result of our presentation, the Clerk Magistrate found our client Not Responsible.
