David took my case head on
Dave spent almost a year working with me to help resolve my case in my favor. From the start the outlook was rather grim, however Dave assured me that we had options, and we would exercise all of them. He kept in touch, any time I had a question or concern, it was answered honestly and thoroughly, day or night. He helped me to understand all of the different aspects of my case, and how our actions in the courtroom might effect the outcome of my case and my life. In doing this he showed sincere concern for my future, rather than a quick and possibly undesirable result. Dealing with the legal system as a defendant is always a miserable and stressful process, though Dave always kept me reassured that he would do everything he could to fulfill my wishes. From the start my case was a lost cause, I am certain many other attorneys would have convinced their clients to plead out, and do the time, explaining to them that they had no chance to win. Dave did the opposite for me, he took my case head-on and we won. I hope I never need to deal with this system again, but if I do, I will only call one attorney, and that's Dave Ellison.
