Our client was given a Summons to appear at a Clerk Magistrate's Hearing in Massachusetts for Operating on a Suspended Registration and Uninsured Motor Vehicle Massachusetts. These are both criminal offenses in Massachusetts. We collected documents that would be necessary for the hearing. We spoke to our client about what happened and obtained multiple reports. 

As a result, at the hearing, the Clerk Magistrate found No Probable Cause for our client and dismissed the complaint. This preserved our client's criminal record.
