January, 2022

Our client was charged with Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle in Massachusetts. This charge may affect your insurance rates, criminal record and status of your driver’s license. There is a possibility of license suspensionalong with potential jail time, potential probation, a criminal record and fines and fees associated with this charge.

Our client received a summons to appear at a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing. We brought documents and evidence to present to the Clerk Magistrate. At the Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing, we made arguments and presented evidence on our client’s version of events.

The Clerk Magistrate denied the issuance of a complaint by finding No Probable Cause that our client committed the offense of Negligent Operation. As a result, the charges did not issue against our client, and our client did not receive a criminal record from these allegations.
