Our client received a Summons for a Clerk Magistrate's Hearing in Massachusetts for Inhaling Glue/Toxic Substance.

Following a thorough discussion with our client and after we obtained documents, we began building our defense strategy. At the Magistrate's Hearing, we presented our argument to not issue the complaint based on the case's factual and circumstantial aspects, as well as our client's personal history.
