License Reinstated from Rhode Island DMV and Massachusetts RMV

April 2023

Our client came to us with a license suspension issue from the DMV in Rhode Island and the RMV in Massachusetts. We requested a hearing with the Rhode Island DMV and Massachusetts RMV. After multiple hearings with both the DMV in Rhode Island and RMV in Massachusetts, we presented arguments and as a result the hearings officers in each state agreed to reinstate our client's license in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
