Leaving the Scene of Property Damage - Dismissed

Our client was charged with leaving the scene of property damage, which is a misdemeanor crime in Massachusetts. The charge of Leaving the Scene of Property Damage can result in losing your license and having a criminal record. Our client vehemently denied these allegations and believed them to be fraudulent. We did our own investigation into the matter. After our investigation, we decided to select a trial date where the prosecution would have to prove the charge beyond a reasonable doubt.
At the trial date, the charge was dismissed. Therefore, our client avoided having a criminal record and potentially losing their license.
