Our client received a Summons charging them with Leaving Scene of Accident in Rhode Island. This was charged as a civil traffic violation in Rhode Island that can result in a potential fine and/or license suspension. 

We went to court on behalf of our client. We were able to present evidence and documents to the police. As a result of our negotiations with the police, they agreed to dismiss the charges against our client.
