Our client was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident in Rhode Island. This was charged as a civil traffic violation, which could result in fines, driver retraining and a potential license suspension. We gathered evidence in the case from the police and auto insurance carried. We put the case on for trial. Prior to the trial, and upon further discussion with the police, the charges against our client were dismissed.
