Our client was charged with Improper Storage of a High Capacity Firearm. This is a felony gun crime in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which is a serious offense. Our client received a notice for a Clerk Magistrate's Hearing in Massachusetts. 

At the hearing we explained the facts and circumstances of what happened from our client's point of view. We made an argument for why the complaint should not issue. 

As a result, the Clerk Magistrate did not issue the complaint.
